Question about getting partnered - language

Does the primary language spoken on your channel matter in terms of whether or not you get partnered with TGN or not?

Most of my viewers are from English speaking countries, about 99% of my content uploaded is in English, but 95% of the language spoken in my videos at this moment is Japanese. I plan on making videos soon with English commentary but as of yet I don't have any and so my question is this.

If it does matter, should I wait till I start uploading videos where I speak in Englsih before applying?

I don't think that is a problem, if you fill in the partner form you have to fill in what the main language is on your channel, guess they did that on purpose.

ya thats why I was asking. like are they asking to only partner mostly english channels or not.
