So I make minecraft videos, speedbuilds, machinimas and cinematics. I usually upload 1-4 videos a week but last time I uploaded a video was 2 weeks ago.

I really want to keep uploading videos but I'm out of ideas.

So what do you guys do when you got no ideas?

It is ideal to upload at least once every week. I would say make videos on other games instead of Minecraft :)

I suggest making an upload schedule and plan ahead of time to avoid this situation. :p

Yeah I usually upload 1-4 videos a week.

Yeah but I'm afraid I'll loose subs because I've only been uploading minecraft. I play alot of diablo and want to upload some diablo content but not sure if I should do it or not.

I think its good to diversify your content. Imagine the popularity of Minecraft going down, your channel will go down as well. Most of the times your subscribers will say "upload more minecraft", but to be honest ... just ignore that. If you can get a healthy combination going between the two games they will have no issues at all. Sometime people don't even subscribe to you because of the game you play, but for the commentaries you give (your personality). They'll like your commentaries no matter what games you play! ;)

In my opinion, I'd say go for it ... add another game (or two), just as long as you can keep up with the extra work. :)

Subs, you gain some you lose some. Just make whatever you like and they'll come around.

Seeing as you like Diablo maybe mix some of that up with your schedule, and slowly bring in some other games you like to play, you'll find that some people that may request one game may kindly take to others you upload. ;)
