I started with a dazzle and I thought I was cool for uploading a 1v1 rust match where I beat someone with wallhacks and an aimbot. My goals are simple gain a partnership. Get 10000 subs (LONG WAY TO GO). Improve my youtube to what my subscribers will enjoy. Stay active and never give up.
I started after building my new gaming rig and having free time. I saw some graphics comparisons on YouTube and thought, without arrogantly thinking, that I could do better and make something out of the niche I had found. After researching a lot I saw that not one person was doing graphics comparisons as a channel and I thought I could make something of it. I started the channel and made a bunch of videos. Since I started in July last year I have earned just about a million views, around 4500 subs total and just started my own actual network, partnership abilities and all. Just recently started my own website based around the channel and videos I made as a resource for all gamers to get info on games before they buy, so naturally I called it BeforeUGame.com or as I call it, the BUG network. I put about $2500 into the channel, hardware, games and site so far and have made around $500 from YouTube so far. I am not in the positive yet but at least I have all this cool gear.
Yea that's a long long ways for your goal.... I just started my channel almost 2 months ago.... My goal's are on my channel what I have.... I do small goals but that is really hard..... I'm struggling to get known and well it would be awesome to have a fan base that you can interact with My goal: Fan base to interact with, Reach the Goals I have on my YT Channel, and just keep on making videos!
I started out with an easycap, I got some pretty good quality, I did nothing but Black Ops videos and CoD, I got a dazzle for my 18th birthday, It was a big step up from the easycap, the quality is superb but not perfect like a pvr, I then started doing a few other games like The Impossible Game and after that, I branched off to more pc gaming side like minecraft, and now I do many videos daily around 4, have a couple series being run and I got my partnership 3 months ago, 1 month after I started my new channel xD
I achieved my goal: To get partnered! Even though I only have like 200+ subs. I'm so happy about it! Now I'm so pumped on making vids.:D Next goal is: Reach 1 million views.:D and reach 1K subs.:D
Ah good question I started YouTube during MW2, I saw many people post gaming videos on YouTube which got me really interested and after seeing zzirGrizz Matrix montage I decided to buy an Easycap. After that I have been creating videos for many months and when I was ready I decided to buy a HD PVR which was worth every penny for it. YouTube is a great hobby and still enjoy making videos to entertain my fans and for the future goals, probably more collaborations with many people and grow a but more. i started out as a watcher. .i was never serious back then in 2006 .because of the overwhelming feedback/comment . .i started to be active exactly the same month as today last year. .i have no goals set yet since i strive to be better for those who follow me. . i am thankful for them now as i'm trying to do this hobby as part of my living . .
I started out when i found a danish gamer on Youtube, i added him on MSN, got to talk with him a long time, he showed me how you recorded stuff in best quality and such and helped me a lot, then that time, i began to do some gaming on Youtube. - But my friend has deleted me, cause i didn't comment on his videos and said i never care about his videos.... But my goal with Youtube is to show my skills in for gaming, and do stuff i like and show it to other people!
I started with FRAPS and was doing just simple CoD Black Ops Commentaries and TsM Talk. But then I started watching REALLY good directors like Anakinnn, GUNNS4Hire, HuskyStarcraft, Hutch and really wanted to broaden my style of commentaries. TBH if it wasn't for Anakinnnn and Gunns4hire I wouldn't still be doing videos. My goal is to get to 10k - 40k subs. I think anything over 100,000 is too much to handle and you lose touch with your audience and you mini community. Right now I am at 107 subs and hoping that they start coming in as soon as I start releasing more Diablo 3 and Counter-Strike : Global Offensive stuff
My goals? Get partnered, go VIP all the way at the conventions I already get to go to, and... uhm.... be a boss... Yup. I said it.
I started YouTube in 2007 - started posting "copyrighted" AMV - well now copyrighted - but not back then, I wanted at one point to become big ... about 10 channels later I have my main channel - http://youtube.com/CrazyTechDude :D
I actually started competing with my friend. he had a head start of 50000 views, because he started his channel a year before i did. and i caught up to him with in 4 months, then i just kept growing to 300000+ views, then he decided to upload copyrighted content and he got 2 copyright strikes and now he has 20000 view lead. My future goals are to keep growing and to try and hopefully TGN hurry and put my partnership through...i have been waiting for 3 months today
I started 2 months ago by uploading boss fights of Terraria. Then shortly after decided to do stuff with my voice. My goal is to always have more views per day than total subs but also to have fans that will love my stuff and that I am one of the reasons they open the youtube page every day. Hoping to get partnered within a year so I can get all fancy with my channel and increase the number of my viewers easier.
i started recording games and upload highlights for my friends to enjoy and before i knew it i had 500 subs and 80000 views thats when i started to take this more seriously and now i am still uploading the same stuff i have always done together with latest news mods skins etc and have over 3K subs and close to 4mil views and all of this on a crappy laptop (cant wait to actually get enough money for a monster custom rig, but so far TGN has disappointed me financially )
I started my YouTube channel in 2006 just to watch videos of other people. Around July 2011, I actually uploaded my first video of me eating ghost chili hot sauce. I regularly watch other YouTuber's such as Swifty, Athene and others and told myself I could do the same with my channel. Just recently, I decided to branch off and make a second channel dedicated to gaming. Future Goals include becoming a partner (hopefully), I have decided that I would rather have a future in video rather working in a nasty factory for the rest of my life! I would rather do something I love which is play games and make videos for everyone to watch and love!
